Vivacity Welcomes Marcia Ridley to its Team as Chief Operating Officer

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, WA. – Vivacity, whose mission is to engage employers to create and sustain a culture of worksite wellness, today announced that Marcia Ridley will join the company’s management team as its Chief Operating Officer effective immediately.

Ridley brings extensive healthcare, wellness, financial, and operational experience to her new role and will be instrumental helping Vivacity develop and implement strategies that help employers build a culture of health and wellness within their company. In addition to her strategic management role, Ridley will also have direct oversight of the company’s near and long-term financial goals.

Mrs. Ridley most recently served as Director of Total Rewards for Premera Blue Cross, overseeing the execution of Premera’s pay-for-performance strategy to meet corporate objectives and to advance the health and productivity of Premera’s workforce. Previously Ridley was Director of Financial Shared Services for Premera where she led teams responsible for financial analysis and performance reporting. Ridley is a graduate of Oregon State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration.
